There are five essential things you need to do for your everyday life:
1. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
2. Eat nuts.
3. Watch your weight.
4. Make more friends.
5. Be happy.
It looks easy, but I am not sure I can do them all. Making more friends seem the hardest for me. Everybody seems so busy these days. The only chance I get to meet new people are through the internet. But it's not the same. I still want to have a real friend who I can go out with and have a coffee or just chat. I tried to make friends with my neighbors but basically that is just "Hi" and "How are you doing?" They pass by so fast. It seems to say "I'm busy. Don't bother me!" Then I just smile.
I have to admit I am passive when it comes to making a new friend. When I get older, it’s getting harder too. I guess I have to really work on that. I don't want to get older, live longer, but not have a friend. :(
