What does this mean?


Sometimes you might see a graphic like the one above on a beading instruction.

Those squiggle lines (red color) represents that there is a section not shown where you repeat the parts on the right or left. Notice that on the left of the squiggle there is a '1' which means the small loop and on the right of the squiggle a loop with the number 8 which means the last full loop. The squiggle represents the exact same loops from 2 to 7, for a total of 8 complete loops.
